You're right... I thought I saw him listed at 365 during the Texas game. On ESPN.com he's listed at 297. Disregard that thought then. Is everyone pretty much of the opinion that Bennett is expendable for the right deal? I haven't really seen a whole lot of the "so glad we held onto Bennett" posts, like I thought I would.

I haven't seen much of him. Although, I saw highlights of one game this year, or rather lowlights, I should say. He really had a bad game the announcers were saying. It was against a top quality team. The announcers said it was his worst game ever. I forget who it was against. But, he was looking real bad.

I'm not interested in trading up that far. Stay where you are and let the players come to you. And keep Bennett.

I think Bennett will be a star with Pro-bowl potential, but I think Berry has Ed Reed HOF potential. Even though I love having Bennett, a second-starter-quality TE is a luxury. Berry along with Mike Hamlin would solve are safety issues (finally) for years to come. If it where possible to trade up and get him, I would do it in a heartbeat. He is that good.

Okay Ed Reed or a luxury TE that blocks really good?

Keep in mind we have Ken Hamlin as a FS and a Probowl 27 year old TE in front of this luxury TE.

Our defense blows. We need defensive playmakers, not undersized Left Tackles that catch the ball from time to time.
