I think LVE is playing hurt.

Whether it's Jaylon or LVE, if they're playing hurt, why aren't Lee and Thomas playing instead?

They've played well. Make use of them.

Bad angles and tackling seem to be the problem at times. If you were deliberately avoiding necessary contact, I think you would be exposed and unemployed pretty quick.

LVE is playing banged up all season Long. Yesterday you could see him in pain aswell.

Ok I just watched the game. Mostly on the defensive side. I saw something very troubling to me. Smith and to a lesser extent LVE actively avoiding contact. It is amazing to see this because these 2 were thumpers last year. What the hell is going on? Ben Bloom needs to go and whoever comes in next needs to get after these 2. Smith in particular. Guy runs away from contact.

Agree sir. You can see he t(Smith)himself out of plays by running away from contact.

Tackling is bad across the whole defense or someone will get juked into oblivion.

When you have weak DTs it allows blockers to get to the second level where any LB won’t have a chance. LBers are built to run. They won’t be ragdolling to many pulling guards with a head of steam.

like others have said, our scheme and lack of talent from the DL combine to put our LBer in bad situations too often.

The list of coaches I despite on this team keeps going up. Lol

He can take, Garret, Brown, and anyone associated with the defense and special teams with him.

Only ones Id keep right now are Kitna, Moore and Sanjay. All of them have my fickle stamp of approval. Columbo I'm on the fence with.

I saw Jaylon backpeddle from contact quite a few times this season. I've also seen him fly to contact with no idea how to get off blocks. They're a good, young duo, but they do need to keep getting better and stay aggressive.

You can’t have sideline to sideline LB’s and have them taking on guards all day
We need a big fatty

Our current linebackers are very different than say Ro McClain was. They are pursuit guys and not the type to stand up a G and still make the tackle.
