we have no receivers...

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PLAY A TEM THAT CAN SCORE? WE ONLY SCORED 10 ON THE BRONCOS...

Fair enough but Bronco's are no slouches on defense. They have a damn good secondary. Possibly one of the best in the league.

We have nobody to throw the deep ball too.

You can throw the deep ball to Austin or Roy. I've seen the deep ball thrown to Martellus in the game last season against the Packers. I don't think it takes a speed demon in order to throw the deep ball. But if the defense doesn't give you the deep ball what can you do other than force into double coverage? The Cowboys didn't give the Panthers the deep ball last week and what happened?

It's kind of hard for receivers to make an impact when they do get open, their QB misses badly and ends up getting them injured.

That play was not Romo's fault. Bailey illegally jammed Roy about 20 yards downfield, which is why the pass wound up overthrown. If there hadn't been the illegal contact, Roy would have been further downfield, where the ball was thrown.

Blame Romo for a lot of things today, but not that play.

You'd think Phillips could go out there and block so your best pass-catcher could, you know, go out for a pass.

Also, Witten was wide open to the left on the pass Crayton caught inside the 5. Romo never even looked his way.

That whole series, Romo was looking at the guys on the right (covered by Champ Bailey) or in the middle, while guys on the other side were wide open.

Maybe he just really likes looking at Champ Bailey

That Romo is not scanning the field has me wondering about what is going on with him,it seemed against the Giants he just threw the ball downfield without much thought(Hurd deepball).

Romo seems a lot to have receivers locked in before the snap of the ball and never looks anywhere else.

Like on the deep ball interception in the Giants game and the Ravens game of last year, he wanted to go deep and was going to no matter what. Can't do that in the NFL.

i dont think our wr corte is the best but its definitely not as bad as it looks

its a combination of having a bad offensive coordinator and romo struggling early

romo has not played well. he has not taken advantage on certain plays but some of his struggles is also from the calls being made by garrett

why does every play seem like a long developing route. we rarely see short slants and crossing patterns in this offense.

i hope jerry just finally admits he made a mistake with garrett. he may potentially be good one day but we dont have time to wait on a inexperienced coordinator whos learning on the fly

we would be better served with someone else calling the plays but we still need a legit number 1 wr. but with garrett calling the shots it wont completely right everything

The picks by the Giants and the one by the Ravens were pretty much the same play,it's hard to win games llike that.I'm hoping he turns it around but i'm not going to bet the farm that he does.

I was wondering the same thing. Cant we bring in Bennett, Phillips or MB3 into block. Witten is a better option then Hurd or Austin. Dont utilize your best pass catcher who also happens to be 6 6 and a big target, throw to a guy who hardly ever plays against one of the best corners in the NFL. Mind blowing.

I dont understand why they were so obsessed with attacking Champ, like you said there were guys running free on the opposite side of the field but Romo never looked that way.

Not trying to beat a deadhorse to death but how many other quarterbacks have you noticed lock onto a receiver and not scan the field when they struggle.I'm just wondering if all quarterbacks tend to get tunnel vision when they struggle, just trying to figure out why he's not looking in other directions.

I wouldn't say Orton outplayed Romo. More like Romo played down to him. And if Marshall doesn't score that td the Cowboys lose the game on a field goal with no timeouts remaining. And Orton threw atleast two INT's that for whatever reason Spencer and Newman didn't catch them. YOU HAVE TO MAKE THOSE PLAYS. Sensabaugh had one as well.

totally agree
