yes all the money is built in the offense per players and the HC will be built around the offense.
you get a HC that specializes in offense, and the club will never lose him a to be HC elsewhere.

the rumored talk has been offensive minded HC, and i think it stays that way.
Plus if that coaching staff is dismantled, then Norv could join Rivera in Skins land ... frankly i want nothing more to do with Norv and his 90's offense
coming here again.

that is my issue with rivera. same problem as garrett he makes playoffs one year then the next year finishes 8-8.

LOL.. Rivera is a failed head coach, I can't imagine anyone wanting him quite honestly. He would be okay a defensive coordinator though.. Hopefully Urban already has his flight booked on Monday to come in and tell Jerry how it's going to be.
