We have to go into the bye with a "W"

HAVE TO.

The players have to put everything passed them from this game.

Put the sorry officiating behind passed them.

Put all the penalties behind them.

Put all the missed tackles behind them.

Put all the TDs given up behind them.

The only thing they need to not put behind them is the anger they have right now (at least I hope they have it). Hold on to that anger and let it all out against the Vikings.

We need to come out and beat their butts early and often. Get the "W", then get into the bye and get healthy. Cuz it's gonna get tough after the bye.

All Minnesota has is Peterson. Seriously, Tavaris Jackson was 9/23. Does anyone think a team could score 34 points on us with their QB going 9/23?

Not likely. And our run defense seems to be exceptional.

Agreed. Our run D needs to play exceptional next week. If our Run D has another great game, we'll win. But I want us to devastate them. I want to force 5 turnovers, knock AP's head off a few times, get MANY hits on Jackson, etc...

And I want ZERO turnovers from the offense.

Assuming we win next week, I think alot of us will erase this Pats L from our memories, FOR GOOD.

These losses happen every year-remember 2 years ago we lost a heartbreaker in Seattle, thanks to Cortez? The next week, we spanked Arizona at home before he bye week, and we were feeling good about ourselves all over again!

I want zero penalties.

Penalties have been horrible this year. We got lucky against the Bears and overcame something like 11 of them, but we're not going to continue to be successful this year if we keep committing a boatload of penalties.

We were actually pretty dog-gone good in terms of penalties the last 2 games.

Honestly-I don't know what happened today. The thing about playing the Pats is that they play pretty much mistake-free, which forces their opponents on their heels to do the same. We're NOT on their level(for now), that's for sure!

No turnovers is key. The Minny Defense has 3 TDs this year, so we need to protect the ball.

Agreed Rack,

Basically speaking, Dallas absolutely cannot let this loss to the Patriots count as two.

Well, that is what I gather as the moral of your post.

I trust our run defense. I don't trust our pass defense. Minnesota can only run. I think we'll be okay. We just need to get back into a rythm on offense like we had the first 4 weeks. We had a bit of one going today but penalties just ate us up.

There is absolutely no excuse for us to lose this game. None.

Teams running on us is not the problem....it's teams that can some what pass, those are the ones we need to watch out for.

Despite the INTs, Brian Griese had some 300+ yards passing nonetheless.

The Queens' secondary is aweful. Yes, their front 4 is outstanding, but the rest of their D is mediocre, at best.

I'll take the W, regardless.

Honestly-the Pats' O scheme is something that can give ALOT of teams headaches-they do this spread'em O VERY effectively.

No-I'm not trying to defend our mediocre pass D, but let's at least give NE credit where it deserves-BB and Pioli saw their glaring weakness from '06(their WRs), and they went out and got THREE VERY good ones at BARGAIN basement deals.

Heck-if they had kept Deion Branch last year, Brady would have had another ring.

I hate to say it, but it's not going to happen. This team has been exposed and will fold like a cheap suit down the last 10 game stretch.

Har har 5-11 here we come  Exposed? Who on our schedule has the personnel to do what the Patriots did to us? The Giants, maybe. Remember other teams still have to stop our offense.

You'll be nowhere around here after we smack the Vikings around next week.

Without that 60 yard TD you're looking at a terrible game from Jackson.

Poor QB play costed the Bears that game(again)-otherwise, they would have won handily, despite Pederson's incredible game.

I'm trying to decide who's your team at this point. Your other posts hasn't given me a complete clue of who you are.

But why would they fold? Dallas had an opportunity to go head to head with NE until the penalties caught up with them. Everytime we had a good thing going, some penalty would creep up and their went our drive, or our drive killers.
