Just wait till next week. I have no doubt whatsoever that Garrett will line Green up at left tackle and give him minimal to zero help. It is what Jason does,... its WHO HE IS. Bullheaded to the point of having some kind of mental issue. This guy is nothing more than a cheap imitation of Mike Martz. Martz was plenty stubborn too, but AT LEAST he actually won something when the Rams rang up a Super Bowl win against the Titans. Jason on the other hand has never won diddly squat. Heres hoping Tyron can come back in time for next week.

If Smith can't go and they leave Green out there with little help like they did against Atlanta............ there is a pretty good chance Prescott will get nicked up. The Eagles lead the league in QB pressures.

We can pretty much count on it. This is the same guy who lost game after game after game because he was too stubborn to simply just run the ball and milk the clock when we had the game won. I remember after the Detroit loss even Jerry made the comment....." A case could be made that even if we had run the ball on EVERY play in that second half there is no way Detroit would have time to come back" LOL Im hoping people are finally waking up to what Garrett REALLY is. We have a frigging nutcase coaching our team.

You know-- it's strange. The problems we've been discussing about our coaching staff are bigger than just this season. That said-- I have this feeling that we bounce back and play well next week against the Eagles.

We saw what a team can do when their backs are against the wall yesterday. Atlanta wanted the game more than we did and out played and out coached us. For all his issues as a HC-- Garrett does seem to get the team to bounce back and fight pretty well after a loss. A win against Philly won't change my opinion of him as a HC-- nor does it change our playoff hopes much-- but I would not be shocked if we see a good showing on SNF.

It will be a classic must win game and I expect that Philly will get out best shot-- regardless of whether or not Lee and Smith are on the field. As a final thought-- bye weeks can be strange beasts: they can help a cold team get hot and sometimes they can cool a hot team off. Philly definitely went in hot. Will be interesting to see how this game plays out.

Garrett adjusts but it just takes something being brutally obvious before he will adjust. You'll never see it in game.

Early line is Philly 3 point favorite. When you factor in Dallas is at home that means Vegas sees them as 6 points better.

I'm waiting for double platinum guy to show up here and guarantee a Cowboys win haha
It appears you just guaranteed a Philly win.

Dallas will compete with Philly and possibly win because the game is at home and it means way more to the Cowboys. Lose this game and making the playoffs would take a miracle.

Big picture this team is going nowhere. The defense isn’t good enough to bother potent passing attacks and the offense is injury and suspension ravaged. 8-8 or 9-7 would be a fairly good return from this team.

In the off-season I’d imagine we’ll see some free agency action. More weapons are needed on both sides of the ball and the draft won’t likely provide the firepower necessary to turn this team around.

With as conservative as the team has become with injuries (Awuzie, come on down!), we all know Sean Lee won't be playing against Philly.

So unless the offense somehow becomes competent without Zeke and are able to score 35 points, we aren't going to stand a chance.

I’m on the other end of the spectrum. I think that’s probably going to be the worst game we play without Zeke. We will adjust and play a lot better next week. Let’s not forget that three all pros were missing yesterday which would cripple any team, not only us.

Oh no, not in a game. He will wait for the media to ask him during the week and then he will change. Remember when he would throw the ball every down and the media would ask him about running the ball? The next Sunday we looked like a running team! So obvious. Smh

The only off season FA action we will see is our own players leaving like Jerry world is on fire.
Then we will get low tier FA to replace them. Then Garrett will stand at the podium and tell us it is a process, as Stephen will come up with another secret sauce or war daddy saying hoping to get the fans pumped upped.

Agree, about the 8-8 or 9-7 though. If we are so lucky enough to get in as a WC, the defense is not good enough to take us any further than one game.

Atlanta made adjustments at half, and as usual we did not. Nor any in-game adjustments.
