I slept well, for about 4 1/2 hours. Woke up at 4 AM CST. But that is not unusual for me. Sometimes I sleep in until 6 AM, sometimes 8:30 AM.

Here's what we learned. Our undrafted free agents and draft picks, "scrubs" looked better than theirs. Was it a good litmus test? Yes. Milton looked light years ahead of last year. We also saw our offensive depth isn't what you'd call quality.

You'd think a preseason victory would be kept in perspective; it's meaningless. When the starters play and win, I will be excited and celebrate. The takeaway from this game is the performance of our players; we have a better understanding of what our 2s and 3s are capable of. The win is irrelevant.
