I don't think Henry's absence was much of a factor against Philly's wide receivers. They didn't do much at all -- and probably not much more than they would have if Henry had been there.
However, I wonder how differently Zimmer called the defense because Henry wasn't there. Perhaps the safeties stayed back more often to help Glenn or Reeves, opening up the run a little more. Or perhaps the safeties' focused their coverage more on the receivers, leaving the tight ends and backs a little more open.
Still, the pass defense by our secondary was pretty darn good. The Eagles' longest completion was 18 yards, their wide receivers combined for only 62 yards, and we were credited with an incredible 14 passes knocked down -- five more than we've had in any other game this season. And none of those were batted down by linemen.
