for those of us who couldn't see this week game - can we get a recap. Was Dallas tired, scared at end? Was Watt blowing things up? How did Dallas CB look and did McClain LB play in this game. Thanks

The offense didn't look prepared, defense was stellar, ST's need chewed out and we almost blew it due to coaching and quarterback issues at the end. Dez saved the game with a new "the catch".

McClain was injured in the 4th qtr, and our defense is very weak without him and Carter.

Murray had nearly 40 touches in this game, and was exhausted, but still was fighting for hidden yards. the refs were letting both teams play tight in the secondary.

JJ who? In all seriousness, he had 1 or 2 good plays.

Dallas got really conservative at the end and couldn't stop Foster. Our 2 turnovers in their territory really hurt us. IMO, we should have attacked their corners more.

McClain saves long runs from happening. Durant looks like he's susceptible of getting eaten up by blockers.

Wilcox & Scandrick looked good. Car was average.

Dallas controlled this game. Both defenses played very good. Dallas offense kept the Texans in it with 2 turnovers in redzone. Defense came up big in overtime and offense took what houston gave in ot and put it away.

Watt was kept it check pretty much all game. He had a couple good plays that ultimately didn't affect the game and didn't show up on the stat line.

Romo was ultra-sharp all game. Crucial drops (by T. Williams) and fumbles (particularly inside the Texans' 10 yard line) took this game from a dominating blowout to a close one. But it was clear as day who was the better team on the field.

We had numerous chances to point more points on the board. . Turnovers cost us big. ... they're first td drive they had the numbers on us on those runs(used good angles blocking up front) I think we both dts in one techniques or at least it looked that way. . I thought we were better but again penalties and turnovers killed us. . Our secondary was good imo church messed up a few times when he was coming up to make tackles.. Terrance Williams needs to start using his hands when catching the football. . Drives me crazy. . Tony played very well with a few exceptions. . Bottom line is were 4-1 though baby

Dez and McClain are the guys you HAVE to re-sign.

Dez is giving everyone else all these one on one matchups. Terrance needs to learn how to catch with his hands and not with his body all the time. He dropped a TD.

I think the game was downplayed by Dallas fans but I think the Texans really threw all they had out there. Without Clowney and without a qb....its going to be tough for them. But they gave a lot. That defense was impressive. I just write it off as the Texans were hungrier and treated this game as their Super Bowl(Not literally but what I mean is they treated this as a special game). I'm not sure if the Cowboys were as up for this game as the Texans.

When the Texans had success running they ran at Jack Crawford (he played more than I thought he would) to the right or at Hayden (double teaming) in the middle. McClain looks like he is still playing injured he pulled himself out of the game at the end.

Dumb mistakes on offense, Romo throwing under pressure a duck towards Bryant, that got intercepted, Murray again fumbling.

this was not one of Dez's best games. I think he had three drops? didn't bust any tackles either, and even gave up a first trying to fight for yards. Stats say he was great, but we need more from him to avoid these tight games.

Cowboys offense shot themselves in the foot big time today and it almost cost us in a similiar fashion as the SF game. We can't continue to turn the ball over and expect to win especially multiple turnovers in the Red Zone. They have to help the defense out not hurt it. Speaking of defense.......

Cowboys defense is missing a consistent pass rush. We got a few pressures but it's the same story we marinated in all summer - where will the pass rush come from? Easily the #1 thing we need next offseason is to put all resources into upgrading the pass rush.

Watt was all over the place. Not a lot of stats to show for it but he was disruptive. Dallas Secondary look pretty good but the front 7 got gashed in the run game. Fitzpatrick did basically nothing and was terrible for them.

The key theme of the game to me was the turnovers. Romo made a number of huge plays but also had a bad interception where he somehow didn't see the safety. Murray fumbled again and Harris fumbled. Both the Murray and Romo turnovers directly took points off the board.

They also had a bad delay of game penalty when they were attempting to run out the clock with a 7 point lead. One first down would have sealed it.

After the Texans scored Romo drove the team down with 43 seconds on the clock. Then Dan Bailey missed a 53 yard fieldgoal.

Basically this game would have been one sided if not for Dallas shooting itself in the foot.

Crawford is bad against the run.
