Less ints happen when wrs can separate.
I'm not sure whether that was on the WRs or Moore. Especially with Cooper saying he disregarded playcalls, and he was running routes and getting separation just fine.

Less INTs solves all. We would have beat SF guaranteed.
Ridiculous…..no INTs would be great, but we need more than that. And to guarantee a win vs SF without the two INTs. We are still behind the score, and Maher’s first kick would likely have been to try a FG instead of the extra point he missed.

But imagine the best run blocking line in the league. Imagine e a power running game. How much better would that make dak abd even the defense?
I agree 100%. I'd love a strong run game, to punish folks.

What Cowboys fan wouldn't want that?

I'm sure it was a combination, Gallup has never been great at that, and Noah Brown has been what he has been his whole career a special teamer trying to play wr, and bam we get the worst separator in the league.

Our FO seem to prefer the bigger WRs over smaller faster guys. The WRs we've typically draft are around 6'1"-6-2", ~200 LBS and runs 4.45-4.5ish. We don't draft the smaller 4.3, speedy types. This may be due to the scheme we've been running for past 15 years also and may change with the new offense.
It’s possible to be both big abd fast, look at d k metcalf, Andre Johnson abd Julio. Also you can be 6 ft 6’1 abd be fast as well

How about a new GM. This one hasn't won anything in 30 years. What other GM would last more than 4?

We need to draft a running back would have been nice if we got a third round pick for amari Cooper and that would have been the running back we needed

A top blocking tight end who can also create mismatches would win us a superbowl .
Left guard
Wr
Tight end( Ferguson)
Are our biggest needs in order.
.....definitely need to look hard at an OL in the early rounds.

How much are we going to commit to giving Dak every single weapon and then some? If he wants more weapons, he's needs to ease up on the cap hit. Do a restructure on a two year deal to see if he can break the bank following a successful 2023 and 2024.

We need to completely revamp the RB room. Even if we keep Pollard we need another stud rookie and another good vet to spread the ball around. Playmakers with speed that can catch and do it all.

Zeke has to go.

Biggest need:

1. A shifty WR who wins in the initial four to five steps. When Dak breaks down we need WRs who can cover for him by giving him great separation. Defences will always find ways to pressure Dak and collapse the pocket. We need really smart WRs who can break down a defence when Dak's protection breaks down. Right now the only guy who has that ability is Cee Dee. EVeryone else is an impopster in this regard.
2. A big azz run stopping DT. We have the team speed on the edges and in the secondary to stay with WRs and TEs, but we need to take the run away from all of these young QBs. Most of our QB competition, not named Mahomes, can win games within a one dimensional offence.
3. A true 4 down back. With a true 4 down back, which is rare IMO, you can threaten a defence like no other. You stay in on all occasions and the defence is unsure of where you will line up, what is your assignment and they will be forced to dedicate resources to the most versatile player who can besat you on the field.

1 and 3 support the QB we have on the roster right now and covers his warts. 2 makes the current squad faster and more focused as it shuts down at least two gaps in the centre of the o-line.

None of our receivers run 4.45. Tolbert ran 4.49. Lamb and Gallup ran 4.51.
