We Needed this Win

Great post P2R. Everyone said that the Giants were trash but they proved them all wrong. That D line of theirs is legit and the Giants played an inspired game trying to silence all the critics. They had nothing to lose and left it all on the field. And like you said, it took all 53 for the Cowboys to pull out that win. A character building win that is going to pay dividends down the road.
Well, 45 technically, but yeah.

First off, I predicted a loss. Didn't happen. But I knew the Giants wouldn't roll over. They're actually sneaky good this year and a new team with Wilson at QB.

I don't think their coach is as bad as people say either. Just hasn't had much to work with.

The biggest thing for me, and some will despise me for saying it, I'm back on my boy Jerral's bandwagon again.

Moving Parsons was the right thing to do.

And keeping a guy like Brandon Aubrey and room for others like him was a smart move for team building.

Say what you want about the Giants. This win took grit. The score matters not. It took 53 guys to win the game..

The fact we got a much needed win means everything. And dare I say makes a statement towards there being a true culture change.

Yes, it's only one win..

But that's how teams get to the Super Bowl: one win at a time.
I been saying their Dline is a problem, and actually expected them to be better this year.

Then they played Washington and I thought same old Giants.

Time will tell, but absolutely we needed that win. We need to fix this defense now. Micha or not theres still too much talent out there to be so bad.

Two bottom 10 teams playing a close game

"The Giants are sneaky good". LOL... they scored 6 points last week against Wash.

The Giants suck. Why do people try to squeeze water out of a rock? It's right there in front of you: 2 crappy teams taking turns to see who sucks more. GIANTS won that contest.. .BARELY

A win like this goes a lot further for the team to build upon than a blowout win.

They hung tough with the Eagles, and probably should have won that game.
A blowout win could make them over confident. But a tough gritty win, no matter who it was against goes a lot further.
It builds team character.

NYG is not as bad as many think they are. They always had very good players in the front 7. But team wise it never seemed it.

Many fans are never happy with anything. ENJOY the win. Next game is next game.

I watched it twice and can’t figure out how we won.
Dallas scored more points in the end that the NYG did.
That is all that counts and that anyone will remember later on in the season. It is a W in that column.

We did, I just want to see the game the Giants have against their next opponent

With all those penalties, they certainly weren't sneak good on Sunday. They were bad and we barely managed to squeak by a win...

You don't know what the Giants are
We do know that our defense has a lot of holes. But we barely won not because we have holes on Defense that made a quarterback that has been referred around the league as washed up look like he was back in his superbowl year. No we barely won because the Giants, a team that was getting dumb penalties as an undisciplined team would, is sneaky good. Gotcha.

Did Eberflus apologize to Schotty, Prescott, and Brandon Aubrey?

It's the NFL. A win is a win no matter the score.
