I agree to an extent Mansta, but one thing to keep in mind while we admire our potent offense is that this same Bears team reeled in a VERY good offense in the Saints play-off game last year. Sean Payton was also a master game planner who was very adept at exploiting a team's weakness. Lovie and the Bears flat-out manhandled the Saints in that game.
I am confident that the Cowboys will be competitive on Sunday night. I'm not as confident that our offense is going to look like anything we've seen the past two weeks. Jones, Barber and the O-line has some MAJOR work cut out for them. If we can't produce atleast a semblence of a running game, we are in deep doo doo. Unfortunately, that's the Bear's strength. In two games they've made LT and Larry Johnson (arguably the two best RBs in the game) look pedestrian. Add to that the fact that Rex Grossman is an up and down QB who is due for a big game (against a suspect pass rush and secondary by the Cowboys). And, when Grossman has a big game it's usually like 3-4 TDs big! I'm not confident that Henry can hang with Berrian all night long and I have ZERO faith that Reeves can. If the Bears strike early and often it could get ugly quick, especially if the Bears front seven can pin their ears back and go at Romo knowing that he has to throw the ball to stay in it.
I'm excited to watch and see what this team is made of, but I'm not overly confident that a win is imminent. Should be fun either way, though. I think we'll play em very close one way or the other.
