I picked up some dumbbells and brought out my karate gi and belt. The wife and I started a casual walk following the procedures on both of her legs...we have both started to lose weight again, and I will start a jogging routine again shortly. Hooooah.

Those runs are no just joke. I run about 20 miles a week. I'd never be able to hit the required dash times. (I could probably take an OL guy in a 10k though)

Funny. That's when I had planned to resume my exercise regimen anyway. I'm down. Though I'm fairly certain I would fail NFL standards at this point.

i would like to see the complete test for each position. i remeber some of it and the running was pretty tough as i remember but i would give it a shot. might be able to match the running of the oline maybe:)

the oline test is 10 6 sec 40's followed by 3 min rest and then another set.i could do that but the skills guys are very tough. they do 8 sec 60's

No way Jose. I tried to run awhile back and I mean really run and my legs just wouldn't go. It was all I could do to beat my wife. It's a sad state of affairs.

I'm sure I could finish it, I doubt I could do it in the OL time split of rest/speed though

if it was 15-20 second rest between each of the ten reps I am pretty sure I could do it.
