Did somebody post the test?

I see. So, 8sec for 60 yards ten times, 3 mins rest, then ten more iterations.

I'm willing to do it. Who wants to legit sign up?

I'm laughing to myself. I was stationed in Korea, and my company was doing wind sprints on a pad as part of our PT for the day. We had a new 2nd Lt, join us as our Platoon Leader. He was a Little All American at guard, for UNLV. He was well over 300 pounds, and when he approached the finish line, with lines grouped at that point. I chuckle, because it was a scene reminding one of the parting of the sea...when he ran through the lines.

When wrestling using collegiate parameters, it was next to impossible to go for riding time...one just couldn't get around his barrel upper body to get riding time. And a hand on his wrist just didn't get around to gain any control.

He was a definite asset when we played the Divisional Championship Game for Combat Football. But our Commander was kicked out the first five minutes for unnecessary roughness.

No way Jose. I tried to run awhile back and I mean really run and my legs just wouldn't go. It was all I could do to beat my wife. It's a sad state of affairs.

Stay young my friends. And drink Dos Equis'.

Is it a normal part of your regime to beat your wife after every run? ;0)

Sorry, Job. It just kinda read that way. :)

LOL.

When I first read it I thought what in the hell was I thinking. Actually I'm still thinking it but no I meant beat her in our little road race. I was actually a little upset about it although I didn't say anything to her. :)
