May be a week or two outdated, but with 8 of the 10 highest rated games being Cowboys games, 25% of our fanbase could disappear and Jerry still is the king of the NFL owners.

Basically, we're at his whim as a fanbase for the foreseeable future. The Cowboys are just too big of a brand.

You know I have read so many threads about how Garrett sucks, how he should be fired, etc etc. and honestly, I have pretty much agreed with it all but I have also come to realize that JJ isn't going to part with Garrett. I heard something on one of the many sports shows and after some thought, I think it works.
We are probably stuck with Garrett a bit longer, get rid of Lenihan and get Tony out of the booth and let him be the Offense Coordinator, imagine the creativity in play calling and design, He knows football and Jerry would actually listen to him. If Marinelli stays, do it as a defensive consultant and let Richards take the Defensive Coordinator. Garrett can continue to stand and talk about his process and let a creative mind call plays. I wasn't a huge fan on Tony but he knows football. Big question, would we have any less chance to actually win a championship?

How has he gone through more coordinators than anyone? He's had 1 OC, and 3 DC's in 8 years.
