Yes, was a bad game all around, but somehow we pulled out a win. An ugly one. There is alot to digest and look into this game and point fingers… but we won even when this was a lost easily in the past.

I know it’s against a one win team but in any given sunday…. This happens.

i saw plenty of games where others elite teams should have lost to an inferior team but scape by… we just did.

I am so happy we won. Now to learn and keep going. <3

We are 10-3. One more win and I believe we clinch a playoff spot.
So it was an ugly win we had them before and we will have them again.

Be happy everyone…be happy….

I am very happy, but this game is the perfect example of why wecant have nice things. The cowboys needed to make a statement this week and didn't.

Haven’t we done statements game already? Shouldn't we start to just ease where we can. Probably what happened today.

I do not expect a statement game, we don’t need those. As we had one in Minnesota though.
I expected them to play better overall. But they didn’t. But they did win. I am happy. Move on to the next game.

Yeah, I know, it seems as though I'm nitpicking. However, that's been a very large focus of concern.

Suppose the Cowboys had about ten penalties for 80 yards in this game. Would they have still been in a position to win? probably not.

You might then say that, despite all the mistakes, the fact that they cleaned up in an area of major concern is the reason they were even in a position to win this game.

And they did win. I find it difficult to defend the position that they were bad in all areas when they won.

Instead, I take the position that this game is proof that they have improved in some areas that would have turned this game into a loss. In fact, this victory demonstrates their vast improvement in their previous areas of major concern.

Penalties - the lowest penalty yardage in a single game since 2017

Depth - How would previous Cowboys teams handle an injury to a starting offensive tackle?

Finishing off a game - A 98 yard drive late in the 4th quarter to come from behind.

Responding to adversity - They never gave up. Despite everything that happened, whether it was sloppy play, injuries or bad luck, this team responded. They fought to the end because they believed in themselves and each other.

This game represents

And we still won. This must be the first time I am shock we won in an ugly game. In all my years watching this team… we lose here.

this builds more confidence in me and this team. We are winning games we typically lose. I hope we win more games when we trying to win.
They were perfect on field goals and extra points. I think that all kickoffs were touchbacks.

Did they? Prior to this game ESPN analytics had the Cowboys higher than the eagles to make the Super Bowl. After this week, doubt it
And who cares, because in the NFL things change week to week as far as who is winning, who is losing and in the manner in which teams have won or lost. A handful of years ago the then mighty Patriots pulled off a perfect winning regular season only to lose in the Super Bowl to the Giants who had a mediocre regular season record.

You can look at the schedule of just about every potential playoff team and it's littered with games these teams have lost or barely won against losing teams, including the Texans.

In the NFL the only stat that matters is Wins and Losses. The NFL doesn't care if you won by 1 or 30. The NFL doesn't care if you played well or played poorly. All it asks of these teams is Wins.
