There is absolutely nothing in Jerry's resume that indicates he is going to do "a little better this time."

It's the only hope we've got. If he allowed someone else to pick the old core then maybe he'll let someone else do it thisntime

The last time Jerry let someone pick the core was after three 5-11 seasons and with him needing money for his palace/stadium. And he is on record saying he hated when Bill was here and he couldn't control everything.

I think there are going to have to be a lot more of these humiliating losses before he goes that route again. Maybe several seasons worth of them.

If we can't win anything with this group now we are heading into a long dark ages again IMO like the late 90's, early 00's.
