We have two RBs who are good at taking short passes and turning them into something. This may be a day to actually use them more in that capacity.
Are you implying that we try and execute a screen pass

Yeah, I've seen Dak practice by pulling the football from a bucket of water and still making the completed pass. He can throw a wet ball.
Dak has huge hands and should be able to grip the ball ,unfortunately somebody has to try and catch it

The condition of a wet ball improves as it flies through the air on it's way to the receiver. If Dak is able to get the ball to the WR with authority, wetness is no excuse for the WR not to catch it.

Cold sleet will benefit NE. They'll stack the box and force Dak to throw. This might be a good game to run some RPOs.

That's really not that cold for what it could be there this time of year. Of course it could be getting cold by the end of the game.

Seems like some of Dak's worst games have been in the cold, though he's had to face very little of it.

OT for this game, but I wonder about going to Chicago. Now that could be a rough day.
I'm giving a spiritual nod to the dog in your avi.
Looks like one that deserves it.

Perhaps the most important element of game-time-weather...is the one fans always forget about:
WIND

Wind is more a killer of passing than anything else. Have to wait to get a forecast on that.

Bad weather doesn't bode well for the 2019 Dallas Cowboys.

As it stands today, 5-10 mph forecast.

Our D needs to step up. Our Oline needs to get some push and help Zeke gain yards consistently. Plus, Dak will need to protect the ball while our coaches call good plays, make proper adjustments and keep the team motivated and focused.
Do they know how?

Our coaches actually made adjustments offensively from the Vikings game to the Lions game by giving the ball all game long to Dak. That was a start. lol
All game long till the last 3 plays of the game. How'd that turn out?

Great game for the running game to show up and the DL to stuff the run and hammer Brady from start to finish.

What's so hard for you to understand? The coaches realize they made a mistake taking the ball out of Dak's hands and forcing them to Zeke during those last 3 plays against the Vikings. It cost them the game. The following game vs the Lions, they let Dak run the show and pass the team to a win at Detroit. Seems like it turned out pretty good, don't you think?

If it snows that favors the running game, which favors the Cowboys. The Pats have given up an average of 151 rushing yards per game over the past 3 games, which is 31st in the league. And their rushing offense is also just horrible.

So... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
