Do you think that Dez is on the level as Calvin Johnson? I don't. It wasn't like Dez was running wide open on Sunday. Calvin is on another level. You often wonder if he is on the field. Don't get me wrong, I love Dez, but I'm not sure that we pay him a massive contract. I think we wait another year.

He's not. That guy looks down at every other receiver in the league.

Calvin Johnson is just bigger than all the DBs in the league that are trying to cover him. that is all he has. he does not run good routes.

Lol. There have been other tall receivers who fizzled.

Calvin isn't good only because of his size.

It's hard to judge cj with dez when cj has a qb with no conscience abd a crazy arm. Romo would've never thrown that second td Calvin caught and Calvin didn't do anything on that play (or the first one) that Dez can't do. This goes back to me wanting Dez to leave.you don't think he's worth top money then let him prove you wrong with a qb not scared to pull the trigger.

1. His back. Yes that was big hit on him but already we are hearing 'back spasms' from trainers.
Do you think he could take that big hit and just jump right back up as if nothing happened? Blaming him for having back spasms after taking that hit is wrong. He manned up and got back in the game and did the best he could after that. The average person probably couldn't get out of bed the next day.

2. His inability to fight from his back. I get the sizzle that Dez brings with the X sign after Tds. I get the muscles, the passion and even his attempt at cleaning out his personal life. What I don't get is Dez inability to stand tall when things don't go well. More pouting, more Dez disappearing for long stretches for what should be single bag of saline solution run over few minutes. He simply doesn't do well when he can't play the bravado card. When he just needs to line up like normal football player and get to work..dez gets lost. He would be a killer on a good team but on this Cowboy team he is not the long term answer.

The only thing holding Dez back is not having an NFL quality QB, now even dink and dunk is in jeopardy...
Well I thought I read the worst possible post in this thread. And then the 2nd one popped up to relieve me of that stress.

LOL Yep, can't wait for the next (insert Quincy, Chad, Ryan, etc) after Romo and see what geniuses like this will say. I'm going to start stacking up on my popcorn early.

Post a ridiculous topic, let people freak out and argue, never return to thread. Universal formula.

If we can't get a competent qb after Romo it is the fans fault? Lmao!
