Sure . . . . .

Hey, WPB...things going well? I hope so, my friend.

I'm really curious to where the work of Rod Marinelli will take this year's defensive squad. The offense should be effective again.

Hey CC, all is well in South Florida my friend. Hope all is well in CC.

I have faith in Rod after seeing what he did last year. Lets get to this draft and then on to camp. Looking forward to this upcoming season for sure.

Lol at Tony's jeans.
...and wherever you find a blonde pageant queen, there too you will find Tony. :)

Does Tony have to wear the free hat from the Pizza Hut commercial?

I know a lot of people pull for their conference brethren come tourney time (once their own team is out) but I really would prefer that Duke not catch up with North Carolina in National Titles. If they win, they finally catch us at 5 each.
Right now
UNC > Duke in almost any measurable basketball category

Wins overall (2140 to 2059)
Winning percentage (.736 to .707 )
National Titles (5 to 4)
Final Four appearances (18 to 16)
NCAA Tourneys (46 - 39)
NCAA Tourney Wins (110 to 99)
Consecutive NCAA Tourneys (27 to 20)
Most decades with a National Titles (4 to 2)

Don't forget that Carolina has 10 more regular season championship titles than Dook.

UNC also has the most sweet 16 appearances in college basketball history as well as attaining a number 1 ranking in the NCAA tournament more than any other team in college basketball history.

They almost lost to the Irish, not so sure Wisconsin is going to roll over so easy!

No, they didn't "almost lose". They won. Period. You're going to have a tight game or two in the tournament. I expect another one on Saturday, but I fully expect to come out on top.

Most of the regular season wins were from the past and that has changed, Duke has won the last three meetings.

I never claimed UNC has not amassed accomplishments but in the last 25 years Duke has been better and are currently better as we exchange these posts.

UNC is currently on the couch!

Everyone knows they "survived" a good Irish team, sorry but they were close to getting beat, be honest because if not your bias is too great to be taken seriously.

Are you serious? ND had the ball and one shot to win. That is as close to losing as it gets. It wasn't some kind of fluke either, the Irish played well, but not super-human.

Not a KY fan here, but you have to give them all of the props in the world for what they have done this season, ... and for what they did against ND.

I am pretty sure ND could not have played any better. They were great that game from start to finish.

And with under 4:00 to go and down 5 or 6, it looked like KY was going to go down.
KY body language even looked bad, .. but somehow they dug deep and found a way to win at the end.

That is the sign of a champion.

Better in the last 25 years is your opinion.

If u want to cherry pick specific sectors
of time then we can go back and forth all day about that because I could do the same thing.

Your program hasn't produced a single dominant pro in its history, much less the last 25 years. So there's that.

Just give it a week. Your team will lose to kentucky if it can even manage to beat Michigan St. You know it, I know it and everybody knows it. Your cupcake NIT draw is over now.

When this season is over, your team will be just like us. You would not have won a thing. Not the Acc regular season title, not the ACC Championship Tournament or the National Championship game and you'll still be behind us in every meaningful category there is, well I guess you'll be 2 up in ACC tourneys but that's it.

It was a great comeback for sure. I thought they were beat several times.

I have no idea how this current Duke team will finish but I do know they swept your team and are in the Final Four.

Pro product is meaningless in the context of college basketball when evaluating actual team play.

The last 25 years reflects the current dynamic and trajectory, you can pick sectors but they will lead back to the 1950's and 1983.

You assume Kentucky will win even though the Irish almost beat them accordingly, they have to actually play Wisconsin and win.

We will never agree, so we need to just look for our cowboys to go to the next level.
