What day do you pick to celebrate your birthday on if you were born on Feb 29th in a normal year?

out of about 325 million people in the US only about 187,000 were born on Feb 29th.

If I could change the world with something a simple as a positive thought.

It's simple now to send a positive thought. Takes no effort really. One Text and done. Tell that person to send a positive thought to someone they like or admire.

It could cover a lot of ground in a hurry. Imagine a world that was more like "Christmas" than a "Holocaust".

How often in an average person's life do they experience true total silence? Does anyone really outside a sensory deprivation tank?

which brings me to this question. We need a white noise or a sound machine to fall asleep. Either a fan running or a babbling brook from the sound machine.

I can't stand the ringing in my ears in complete silence. Is it a conditioned response? Is it comfort? Maybe its just a need to know something is continuing while we give up for a while.

Which bring me to a deeper subject.. I have a combination of this. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwiFpLXZrfjnAhXGUt8KHUu8C6UQFjACegQIDBAH&url=https://www.healthline.com/health/somniphobia&usg=AOvVaw3V_ep5q7HvPV8nXifdekE7

Its very real...I'm not to the extremes, just need a logical way to turn myself off.

Interesting. Sorry you go through that. I'm just a classic insomniac. Sleep comes hard most of the time.

I used to have insomnia quite frequently, but I figured out a way to trick myself into sleeping. (It usually works)

You know how you have very bizarre images run through your mind as you start to fall asleep? If I'm having trouble, I intentionally force those type of dreamlike images into my mind, one after another, and before too long I fall asleep.

The stranger, the better, such as a raccoon that's suddenly riding by you on a bicycle, taking a fishing pole out of your bowl of soup....for example. And just keep firing off random, senseless things like that.

Maybe it'll help, maybe not, but it's worth a try.

Absolutely.
So, no matter how you live your life and strive to be the best version of you, it's still up to others to consider if you are getting it right? :lmao2:Or, is it up to your standard you set for your-self to decide if you care? Without ever having an conversation or even knowing..Dayum, that's way out there.
