I don't think he's talking about valid criticisms and pointing out Dak playing terribly, it's people that relentlessly proclaim Dak will never amount to anything, has a weak arm, etc that are just flat out untrue, or at the very least highly unlikely given what we've seen from him at this point. There are some posters that post critique like this after every incompletion. It's incredibly clear their ego became way too intertwined with the QB arguments going on and I am frankly concerned for their overall mental health.
:lmao::lmao2:I too am very concerned for their mental health...too funny!

Some are a little upset that Dak was able to pull the game out, sad but true. We all know some fans are just waiting for that bad loss, so they can gloat about it, and blame Dak. Well if we took that approach with Romo, he would have never been the Cowboy starting quarterback, let's not forget Tony sat on the bench for 3 years. He wasn't able to play at the level required when he came out of college. Wouldn't we have loved to have seen Romo try to start and play when he came out of Eastern Illinois. 6-1 and not happy, wait until the team loses, I hope Romo can duplicate 6-1.

Please list the forum members by name that want Dak to fail just to gloat and justify their Romo support.

I can't believe people actually believe there are people on this board that are actually rooting for Dak to do play badly and lose the game just so Romo can come back. It's pathetic. We're all Cowboys fans and we want them to succeed and win football games. I will be a Cowboys fan when Romo leaves or retires and I will still be one when Dak one day decides to hang it up and we're looking for our next franchise quarterback. It's amazing how no one can say anything good about Romo on this forum and you instantly get people ragging on Tony about how he chokes, etc. It's like people can't like and support both quarterbacks.

In my personal opinion, the Romo haters are more vicious than the Dak haters. I don't need to point out specific people (you know who these people are) and it's just sad to see Cowboys fans ragging on either Tony or Dak. We're in such a luck position to have a very promising rookie quarterback and a veteran and talented quarterback on our team and yet people can't seem to get past that and have to fill their own personal agendas.
