I think what elevated Emmitt was the doubt on his size and speed. He *wanted* it and turned his size weakness into a strength. Elliott doesn't have obvious weaknesses to turn into strengths, so he needs to capitalize on those strengths and not rest on them.

We'll see how boob grabber does from here on, and I hope he gets the message, but I get that he's a kid and I still do stupid things to this day (well not this day...), but some people have nothing to lose and some have everything. Everything to both lose and gain- at the same time! His gamble is richer than he may deem, but hopefully he will gain that outside-looking-in perspective and do what's right.
