Drove 19 hours from Virginia to see that mess.

Great to see the stadium. I had seats in front of upper deck but stood in SRO because it was a great view from there.

Who designed that stupid DEFENSE thing they put up on the screen. WHy would you make a crumbling DEFENSE graphic as a signature item on the screen?

That is the silliest thing I think I have ever seen done by a team. Crowd was dead but who could blame them?

Terrible game but fun trip!

My girl and I got free tickets. We stayed for the first half. I couldn't stay and watch the rest of the game. If the team no longer cares, why should I?

I know how you feel. Every time they put up the "make some noise" graphic on the scoreboard I thought to myself "play some defense first"

This is what sucks. It's fans like you who fuel the NFL and its popularity.

You drive 19 hours, all the way from Virginia, spend hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars, to see a bunch of milliionaires whose heads aren't in the game and coaches that don't know how to fix it.

If it's any consolation, Jerry apologized to good fans like yourself. (I think he had his fingers crossed behind his back when he said it).

Yep, it is a shame. Feel worse for my son. It was such a poor display of football I think it puts a bad taste in his mouth to see that effort. Next year I will not order tickets until I see how the season is going. Who would have guessed this farse that we have seen so far!

By the way I got to meet L.P. Ladouceur's wife. Nice lady.

Great that it was a fun trip, aikemirv. That's the most important thing.

I can't imagine driving 19 hours to witness this pathetic display..

I mean I live in Dallas, I had a free ticket to the Bears game this season...

wasn't a waste of money, but it was one big giant waste of time.

I can't believe I wasted my time and gas to go see that purely pathetic crap out there.

if that wasn't enough, the friend I was with ran into a friend of his tailgating after the game.... I mentioned to the moron that I may be asking my g/f to marry me maybe a year from now or so, and the idiot proceeded to congratulate me at least 100 times throughout the day "congratulations on getting married", as if I had just gotten back from the wedding or something. Annoying as hell.

It's one thing to have to go see the Cowboys play like crap but have some annoying guy congratulate you all day on getting married when you're not is horrible! :laugh2:

Ah man I feel sorry for you. I only drove 2 hours and I regret going going.

Glad you had a good trip though.

I wish sometimes they would chill on the music at the stadium and allow people to get into the game more.

Ah man, I talked about you on Sunday. :laugh2:

Not you personally, but I said to my wife and son, ... imagine if you drove hours or flew to this game and ended up seeing this crap.

We felt your pain, sort of. Not as bad as you, but you were mentioned and felt sorry for.;)

I stayed home in Virginia and watched the travesty unfold online...

Wow. You drove 19 hours to see a 1-5 team? That's devotion. I tip my cap to you, sir.

Sorry that you had to witness that travesty.

I went to the Chicago game this year, and the place wasn't that jazzed either. To me, I almost feel like the stadium is too nice of a venue to be a true home field advantage. Beautiful place, great attention to detail. Not gritty enough.

He got to see a 1-5 and a 1-6 team. Worth the drive.;)

is it true that the crowd were chanting "Let's Go Rangers" at some point?

even in the first half on TV I heard them chanting it.

This is what pisses me off MORE than anything. At the gnats game my friend and I were the ONLY ones in our entire section yelling. It's pretty sad when our offense has to tell the crowd to quiet down because they don't know the proper times to make noise. Personally, I think opposing fans should FEAR coming to our stadium, but the "NICE" Cowboys fans will never let that happen. I've never been to an away game but I would imagine: a) every other stadium gets way LOUDER ..b) there aren't as many Cowboys fans there compared to opposing fans HERE..c) Cowboys fans aren't treated as nicely there as opposing fans HERE.

I'm not saying we need to go into Philly mode and start beating people up, but Cowboys fans (the majority of them) are too nice and not passionate enough about this team. Well, let me clarify. The fans that I see at the games. Jerry Jones has price tickets too high so that the average DIE-HARD fan can't afford to attend games. The entire 'club seat' section are just rich people who aren't going to get loud and crazy like the average fan. It's really irritating sometimes what JJ does. To me, a die-hard fan, I feel disrespected when JJ asks $10 for a beer. C'mon!
