Lynch does that too. Goff looks ready to go.

Goff reminds me a bit of Brees in how he can scan the field so well.

Another thing lynch does is he just lazily rolls right and backwards when his first read isn't there like Brandon weeden did. not a ton of good plays come from that.

So no one is allowed to provide negative critiques of Wentz, while just about everyone else has been raked over with a fine tooth comb?

It's hilarious how pissy and dismissive people get any time someone gives any sort of critique for their guy.

Wentz is not a perfect prospect. He is not beyond critique. Get over it.

You have to question if he'll be effective once whoever gets him retrains his entire throwing motion from the ground up. I said before he reminds me of Quincy carter. Not saying "lol he sucks like Quincy." But just saying

It all depends if the mechanics are correctable, if he has the willingness to correct them and he can be put in an environment where they will be corrected.

I've said this about Wentz from the first time I saw him this year....he's very inconsistent with his mechanics, especially when throwing downfield. But, I think that stuff can be corrected. I would just hate to see him go to Cleveland, be forced to start right away and never get that 1-year to sit on the sidelines, work on his mechanics and learn the game before he's ready to go.

And I still would rather have Lynch.

You realize that Wentz has the power to make you explode simply with the power of his mind, correct?

Bow to the emperor and he may spare your existence.

Easy now Avery. You are not trying to somehow suggest that Wentz is the illegitimate Son of Chuck Norris are you?

I'm on the Wentz bandwagon, but I know he's not ready to play in the NFL today. You can't start 23 games at North Dakota State, then turn around and face the Bengals defense.

He needs time to learn and get used to the speed of the game. Probably 2 years of OTA's, preseason, mental reps, QB meetings, training camp, etc.

But he is intriguing because he has all the tools. He's certainly smart enough. No off field issues that I know of. The upside is off the charts. He just needs refinement. And in Dallas, he will be given the time that he needs.

I agree but none of these guys are.

Goff keeps getting anointed as the most NFL ready but he's not as ready as some are making out.

He left as a JR too and JR QB's have a low success rate vs SR QB's. IMO, Goff needs to sit as well.

KEvin Hogan and Connor Cook are probably the most day 1 NFL ready QB's but they don't touch the upside of the top 3 or even Hackenberg.

If you have a mustache like hitler...I suggest you change the style of it. Just not a good look even if you pretend it is in honor of Chaplin.

Trivia question, does anybody know why he trimmed his mustache like that? Without googling it.
