I hate Werder too, but you would almost think he was a Cowboys fan after reading that article. He touched on almost everything about Wade that annoys us. Good piece Ed, but the apologist will be quick to point out the players like playing for Wade, so he is a good coach

The apologists on this site think that we just need to make a minor tweak or two in order to really get things going since we are "dominating" games, but it's unfortunate that lots of people on here seem to ignore that we dominated teams a couple years ago during the 13-3 season and all that got us was a loss on our home field in the playoffs. Same thing last season essentially. We "dominated" the eventual Super Bowl champ Saints and some other teams and all that really happened was that we were blatantly exposed by Minny in the playoffs.

Wade and Garrett are in over their heads and it's nice that some of the national media are finally giving it unabashed attention.

Except its a touchy-feely argument that means nothing, isn't supported by the players, and can't readily be disproven by anybody. Go figure.

Meanwhile, you can look directly at a stat like turnover ratio and see exactly why the team is losing games it shouldn't be losing. For the thousandth time, fixing those problems do a world more good than fixing the teams 'collective attitude towards losing games as it's influenced by the teams coaches'. Whatever the hell that (I paraphrased, but that's basically the point) supposed to mean.

It's not clear to me how wanting the actual solution to the problem addressed instead of something that's almost completely unrelated addressed makes anyone an apologist for anything. I do see how it's not as much fun as railing about accountability, though.

Romo started only 10 games under Parcells. I don't recall that charge at all until a year or two later.
