I can so vividly recall early in covering the #Cowboys that Jerry Jones saying the status of the franchise is such Dallas can always have the best there is in coaching. Yet the franchise needs a replacement for Mike McCarthy and the top candidate on virtually every list - Lions OC Ben Johnson - is never interviewed or requested as far as we know.

This is really what it is. Let’s say Ben Johnson isn’t a fit- ok, how about Glenn? How about at least making a call to Ben Johnson? The reasons they didn’t care about a decision coming quick on McCarthy is because Kellen has been the guy all along.
