We're way more worried about this game than Lions fans are.

Reading through some Lions message boards... not a single fan thinks they have a shot of winning.

In fact, many see to be rooting for us to obliterate them so the team can be blown up and rebuilt from the ground up.

I think we're somewhat nervous because of last year's debacle. But Lions fans seem to be waving the white towel of surrender already (either that or they've purchased TO Touchdown towels!).

12-1... go ahead and book it now. :starspin

Having Lived in Detroit for 8 years, and attended about three Cowboys games there, there is at least 20% of fans in Stadium Cowboys fans. HEck at one time I moved to Dallas, I thought I saw more Dallas cowboys stickers in Detroit on cars than I saw here.

But even then, the Lions stadium can get loud though. Although usually Lions fans are not that bad. Its amazing after so many losing seasons, most of the time the Stadium gets sold out. I really think Lions have best fans.

Ford is lucky that their fans still buy tickets no matter how bad the franchise is run.

I think we should be a bit nervous... Not so much because it's the Lions, but because it's December.

Since Dallas' last playoff win in 1996, the Cowboys haven't had a winning record for regular season games played in December and early January. Their record in that span is 16-29, (plus 4 playoff losses).

So as a Cowboys fan crossing off December 4th and looking forward to December 9th...and despite an 11-1 record, I am a bit nervous.

Detroit has had the luxury of some good teams in Hockey and Basketball...Lately, even the Baseball has seen a resurgence (Still amazes me)...But, yeah, Detroit does have a pretty strong fan base as does the state of Michigan, IMHO...They love their sports.

They seem to have a good sense of humor, dry sarcasm but not raunchy or rude, I like that.

I wonder which receiver they are going to draft next year.

And yeah, Lions fans would want nothing more than to destroy the team and start over. I know the feeling very well. Once upon a time, we had all our hopes pinned on Drew Henson, how did the Henson era turn out?

They will draft Tebow but during the preseason realize he would make a better receiver.

I'm nervous before every game, pretty much.

Me too

I still feel the after shock from the Houston Texans in their 1st game as a franchise (pathetic I know).

Im not convinced until I see us start to take a game over that we will win.

Same here. I expect us to win but I don't count my W's until the game is over.
