Brady practices(in full). However-Westbrook has missed a good chunk of practice time the last 2 years.

He misses practice. Boy, that really seems to affect his play.

Again, if the Eagles had the sense to have a 2nd RB who could spell him then maybe you'd see him in practice more. He misses practice because he gets over worked by the team. He is given that sort of load that very few starters can take.

No, but this is more comparison numbers. The Eagles threw out Michael Turner type numbers. Westbrook's people countered with LT numbers. Most folks on this board would agree that Westbrook is worth a hell of a lot more than Turner and worth less than LT (who broke down at the end of last year in the playoffs)

Me, I think his value is far closer to LT than to MT.

Then why did Westbrook even bother to sign that (bad)contract in '05?

Sure-the Eagles' FO may be cheap, but it's not their fault. It's not like they put a gun to his head to do so.

It's no different from our Roy Williams here. Yeah-he ain't even work 11 DOLLARS, but that contract we threw at him is still a LEGALLY BINDING one that Jerry has to fulfill. So yeah-while we got burned, it wasn't like Roy's agent forced us to give him that contract.

give him the $$$$$$dough so we can kick his tail

last 4 games against Dallas, he put up 503 combined yards.

Seems like he's been kicking our tail.

He's outplayed his deal -- hell, even the Eagles think so and are negotiating with him.

Practice times means nothing if he is on the field during games and putting up Pro Bowl numbers.

All that missed practice by Plaxico didn't hurt him to much. (spit)

Then they might as well call up Shawn Andrews, Trent Cole, Mike Patterson, Omar Gaither, Sheldon Brown, and Quinten Mickel as well-b/c they too have outplayed their bargain deal contracts as well.
