I'm optimistic that the light has come on for Coleman. He said as much himself in a recent interview about how he's worked on working smarter and being more professional. Maybe that argument with Hardy was the best thing for him and he now realizes his potential and the opportunity in front of him.
He may be the guy that ultimately gives so many their wish and makes Hayden expendable.
Also Coleman has had a year's worth of NFL "tutelage" including strength training and working within the current scheme... that has to make a difference also.
Last year he didn't show much in the way of lane discipline... this preseason he looked much more in control and aware of where the ball was.
