What are your thoughts on Ron Rivera as Defensive Coordinator?

Rivera is out of ideas. With that being said, how many ideas do you really need as an NFL DC today? You call Cover 2 and Cover 6 on early downs, then on 3rd down you fake a zero-blitz look and drop out into Cover 2. Hire me, Jerry.
