Excluding injuries and or unrealistic player acquisitions. What are the five things you want?

- Sean Lee back and leading the defense
- DeMarcus Lawrence picking up where he left off
- Randle established himself as to #1 RB
- Gardner becoming a legit DL starting or not
- Hardy destroying opposing OL in preseason games

I want to see what our running game looks like. That's what I'm most interested in. Also to see if our defense has improved.

1. No major injuries.
2. Collins beating Free for the RT job.
3. The running game operating as intended.
4. KR/PR that makes us forget about Dwayne Harris.
5. Solid 4-man front for the starting lineup along the defensive line.

1. Byron Jones to become a Devin McCourty/Honey Badger-type player that can be used as both a corner or safety.
2. Trade Escobar for a WR with speed.
3. Jack Crawford or Ken Bushop to become a legit option at DT.
4. Keith Rivers to live up to his first round billing.
5. Everyone to stay healthy.

I like your #1 there, and I almost put something similar about him in my list.

I think Jones has a very, very good chance at being pretty good pretty quickly. He just has so much going for him, including very good coaching. I don't really see how he could not be successful outside of injury. With his CB/Safety versatility he is going to help big-time in that secondary.

When Dallas drafted him at 27, I really liked the pick and thought that he is going to be a good one. After OTA/Minicamps, I like him even more and am more convinced than ever that he is going to be a star player. And I don't say that very often about rookies.

No injuries.
O line looks like the great wall of China "Literally".
A starting RB, with a good complimentary corp.
A solid secondary to compliment the stout Dline.
A superbowl trophy as a result of all the hard work done in TC.
