- I want to see us leave camp as healthy as when we started it.
- I want to feel confident in our running backs
- I want to see our Defense improve leaps and bounds in coverage and with pressure from the front 4
- I want to see our OL become even greater and more dominant than last year.
- I want to see Tony Romo stay away from any nagging injuries that could hold him back from his best game.
- I want to see our Special Teams unit look primed for great things in the return game. Whoever it may be that replaces Harris' production on coverage and returns.
- I want to see this team mature and take the step needed to become destined for great things this year

a) health all around
b) development of the pass rush
c) LB rotation that gets the unit on the field and shows what we have (especially our new 4th rd pick)
d) RB rotation that shows us who will get the carries
e) development of TWill

Excluding injuries and or unrealistic player acquisitions. What are the five things you want?

- Sean Lee back and leading the defense
- DeMarcus Lawrence picking up where he left off
- Randle established himself as to #1 RB
- Gardner becoming a legit DL starting or not
- Hardy destroying opposing OL in preseason games

For all RBs to look terrific.

For Byron Jones to look terrific at CB.

For Weems or Collins to overtake Free as the starting RT.

For the DL to look so good that other teams will offer to trade for players that the Cowboys will have to cut.

For Ken Bishop (or T. McClain) to beat out Nick Hayden as the starting 1tech DT.

1. I want to see Collins line up at first team a little, just to see how he does with the pads on.
2. I want to see our D-Line establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with. If they can do it against our great O-Line they can do it against anyone.
3. I want to see Byron Jones take off and challenge one of the starters for their job.
4. I want to see Randle absolutely dominate the RB position
5. I want to see Dustin Vaughn and how he has progressed in the pre-season

1. No injuries to key players
2. The pass rush (particularly Hardy, Lawrence and Gregory) get to the quarterback
3. Someone or someones to take the place of Murray
4. La'el Collins assert himself as a starter
5. Someone to step up as a kick/punter returner

1st for someone to establish themselves as a quality Lead RB
2nd seeing a vast improvement in the pass rush
3rd more aggressive play in the secondary (I think if the pass rush is there CB can be more aggressive and not have to lay off their man as much)
4 coming out of camp healthy
5 one on the QB Weeden or Vaughn showing big improvement in their play

To add to what has already been said....

1) Vaughn proves himself as a quality backup to Romo.
2) Devin Street and/or one of the other FA WRs excels and provides us with an additional deep threat.
3) One of our RBs establishes himself as a nasty yards, power back.
4) Carr reworks his deal giving us additional cap space to sign a cut that may help us, if needed.
5) Pollack takes over where Callahan left off and continues to improve our O-Line.

McFadden and Randle to have some great competition and show they can carry the load. And whoever starts, the 2nd guy can step in and not miss a beat when needed for a few series or so.
A PR / KR to emerge from one of the WR's making the 5th spot. As a LB or DB can take over for Harris for ST's tackles.
All the young DT's and DE's step up and be the player we need them to be. Not be just a player that has potential.
Mo and Lee to being 100% and stay 100%. We know what Lee can do, but have Mo contribute and be consisitent no matter what his role ends up being.
The OL be 100%. We know Free coming off foot surgery, Green with his hip surgery. Looks great on paper but these injuries, though expected to be fine, can hold back the development a bit for be a cohesive unit. But this is the least of any concerns.

As a 6th thing, Vaughan to step up and push Weeden for the back up. He doesn't need to win it this year, but make it close. So if in a blowout game, they can put in Vaughan to get some actual real game experience.

No injuries.

That's it. No major moderate injuries. Everything else will take care of itself with this team.

I want Byron Jones to come out and be a starter by the end of camp. I want him to be such a surprise that he's talked about as the next Revis in this league. Shutdown.

I want Randy Gregory to show everyone that he was worthy of a first round grade. Wreak havoc.

I want Sean Lee to once again be that ball hawking LB showing all the confidence that his injuries are long gone.

I want to see drastic improvement by Vaughn.

I want the O-line to continue building off last year's performance, starting in camp. Give me an epic battle between Mr. Leary and young La'el Collins.

*Bonus- I want to see both Randle & McFadden having a stellar camp that carries over to the regular season and beyond.
