My first boyfriend taught me in a Chevy Caprice Classic...

I perfected it in a Chevy Cavalier in driver's ed.

I took the driver's ed test in an 85 buick regal. Flunked parallel parking and still can't park work a crap. I'm always 8 ft off the curb. :(

Age 10-14 - Swamp buggy out at River Ranch (Central Florida off the Kissimmee River). Man, Animal and plant would cringe at the site.

Age 15 - A mighty, hulking, Suzuki Samurai.

I supposed that is better than being 8 feet ON the curb! :laugh2:

Everything was exactly the same as this one except the plate. It was Saskatchewan, but the plate was yellow in those days.

Lots of fun driving it as a 12 yr old. 4 on the floor, hot as heck with no AC, push button AM radio with poor reception and pulled over 20,000 lbs.

Couldn't crank the steering wheel fast enough with a steering knob. Good times.

Took my driving test in a 76 Dodge Aspen. Passed in the city with flying colours. After driving that beast for quite a few harvests it was easy driving a car.

Dang! I think I have been out pick-upped! What a beast...

This was like mine, which came from a farm in South Dakota:

1996 Forest Green Mazda MPV. Was my first car too. Used to roll around with all my homies in the 3-door van :laugh1:

Driver's ed test was in a Toyota Corolla.

Learned to drive as a 6 year old in a Willys WWII surplus jeep pulling a hay wagon through the field. Geared so low I'm not sure if it was possible to stall it in 1st.

Brand new light blue 1956 Ford 300. Plain vanilla, three speeds shift on the column. Plastic seat covers and black vinyl floor.

Plain as driver's ed cars can be.
