What changes do you think the organization will make, if any, during the offseason?

Personally and much to my disappointment I don't think the roster is going to significantly change. Only McCarthy and Quinn are vulnerable. Dak will be here, Micah will be here, CeeDee will be here and they'll try to improve through the draft. Business as usual otherwise. So expect the same results next season. Meet the new season same as the old season.

He's going to fire McCarthy, dq and a ton of coaches will naturally walk when they get new jobs...but that's about it.

Remember wr have no 4 no 5 no 6 round pick next year either and are over the cap already...future is bleak

Need a stud running back and hope that Mazi develops and draft a MLB.

If they were serious about winning, There would be a hunt for GM's. But we all know they won't.

Nothing.

Dak will get extended along with CDL at least.

SJ will then complain about how real the cap is, the pie and how they can't overpay free agents and keep their own "legit talent".
The Cowboys will focus on the draft, with very obvious needs, to the point where teams will trade up right in front of them.
The FO will fall in love with athleticism to a fault and think their coaches can "coach" them up.
They don't know defensive talent and will give full control of the draft to the DC over their scouts.

any changes will be due to things out of their control like Dan Quinn leaving, hopefully.

The only major change will be DC since Quinn will be leaving to take HC prob in Seattle.

I don't anticipate any changes. I think at some point early in the draft we will try to draft Prescott's replacement. You have to. But that takes time to get him ready, but the process needs to be started. That's all I see.

That loss deserves a TON of change. Culture being first. Mike and Dak would be my first change.

Well we've had the same QB for 8 seasons now. I would argue it's more like 20 seasons because Dak is basically Romo. Both can put up stats but can't win the big game.
Neither one of those QBs lost it on their own

Last week Jones said he was happy with McCarthy. I personally doesn't put much if any blame on this game on McCarthy. This one falls strictly on the players. Having said that, I hope that things are better next year.

Based on what I saw yesterday , I’d argue the Packers are a better team on both sides of the ball.

Looks like Cowboys are over rated .

Not much the front office (Jerry Jones) is incompetent. He’s too old, and mentally deteriorated. He’s slow thinking and egotistical and only concerned with profit.

If the fans could start some type of movement to not buy any merchandise… maybe the needle moves. But no one in this forum…

I feel MM will step down on his own citing family. Another words, Jerry will friendly fire him this week. DQ will be gone and take many staffers with him I say good riddance. I dont think Jerry has to do anything . I think it will organically happen as I laid out.But I do think massive player moves are coming.

The goal of the QB who is the highest paid player on the team and it's not close, is to be the reason you won the game, not excuses why they didn't lose it on their own. They can't do it there's plenty of sample size to prove this.

You had a home playoff game and you wait until being down 27-0 to show up and score a bunch of garbage time points. No just no.

And the defense was absolutely horrid I realize that.

Better is a vast understatement. They could have scored 70. Thats just not being better, thats being woeful at your job and being woeful coaches. LAZY. SMUG. ARROGANT.
