What changes do you think the organization will make, if any, during the offseason?

Maybe and I’m not against it, I just don’t think it’ll happen. I think Quinn’s leaving so Jerry will use that as a way to bring in his own defensive coaches and coordinators and then he’ll sell us on dak being in McCarthy’s system which lead to him in the mvp race
I could see that happening.

Whatever changes they will make, it'll be more of the same. We went through this EXACT same song and dance with Romo and Garrett, and with them gone, it's still the exact same ceiling.

Personally and much to my disappointment I don't think the roster is going to significantly change. Only McCarthy and Quinn are vulnerable. Dak will be here, Micah will be here, CeeDee will be here and they'll try to improve through the draft. Business as usual otherwise. So expect the same results next season. Meet the new season same as the old season.
Same old song and dance, nothing much will change, Mike will be back and Dak only Dan will leave maybe some position coaches.

Jerry will have Mike complete his contract and will argue continuity and how well Dak played under Mike regardless of play off outcome.

I don't think anything changes, because I don't believe Jerry thinks anything is broken.

I don't see much changing, aside from Dan Quinn's now-inevitable departure. Not at Jerry's age.

A lot of big contracts (with more on the table), pretty much preclude any serious free-agent activity. The FO have painted themselves into a corner.

Which, in a nutshell, is why "we like our guys."

It’s really moot. They can hire a new coach, DC, OC, QB, waterboy. Whatever they do will only being treating the symptom, not the disease.

Based on what I saw yesterday , I’d argue the Packers are a better team on both sides of the ball.

Looks like Cowboys are over rated .
I'm not so sure if it is that the Packers are a better team than the cowboys in the regular season. I know they are in the post season. But I also think many of the good teams we would beat in the regular season would kick our butts in the post season.

I heard Charlotte is gonna be bringing in a few more expensive art paintings to adorn the art gallery. They hang on the walls in the stadium you know.
Yep this. Jerry built a mall. It’s not an intimidating place to play. It’s soft like the teams culture.

There is at least one ball boy w/ a pink slip headed his way.

And then we'll add some more TE's and CB's and injured LB's and everything will be hunky dory.

It was obvious from his post game that he had no idea that any weaknesses existed on this team.

Jerry is too old to want to start over. He thinks he is close and wants to win a SB before he dies.

They were a better team yesterday. And probably a better team down the stretch of regular season.

Nothing.

Dak will get extended along with CDL at least.

SJ will then complain about how real the cap is, the pie and how they can't overpay free agents and keep their own "legit talent".
The Cowboys will focus on the draft, with very obvious needs, to the point where teams will trade up right in front of them.
The FO will fall in love with athleticism to a fault and think their coaches can "coach" them up.
They don't know defensive talent and will give full control of the draft to the DC over their scouts.

any changes will be due to things out of their control like Dan Quinn leaving, hopefully.
Don't forget about the second round te or hurt college player
