What changes do you think the organization will make, if any, during the offseason?

That loss deserves a TON of change. Culture being first. Mike and Dak would be my first change.
Me too, but it won’t happen, at least not the Dak part. He put up too good a numbers against lame teams this year and Jerry will point to that. Guaranteed.

I have to believe that life at the Star is saturated with non-football activities. Jerry's carnival promoter style likely injects way too many distractions into the routine. I have heard McCarthy allude to this during a recent presser. The only coach who was strong enough to push back on this since jimmy was Parcells and he left the team over it after a brief stint where we saw some real progress.

We shall see now if Jerry is willing to leave his comfort zone and hire a coach who controls all that is football for the organization. The Cowboys need a "Johnny" from "Slapshot" moment where someone steps on the runway of the Owner's fashion show and wiggles their you know what at the audience.

Hire a 6 time SB champion coach
He's going to be 72 years old by the time next sesaon starts, but I'll try anything except status quo. I'm not even the biggest BB fan, I think it was 80% Brady.

I wouldn't mind a rule that says no podcasts or programs until after the season. Players can express themselves through their interviews. This team is highly distracted.

The goal of the QB who is the highest paid player on the team and it's not close, is to be the reason you won the game, not excuses why they didn't lose it on their own. They can't do it there's plenty of sample size to prove this.

You had a home playoff game and you wait until being down 27-0 to show up and score a bunch of garbage time points. No just no.

And the defense was absolutely horrid I realize that.
It’s not an excuse it’s a fact. The QB cannot win it on his own he needs help regardless of the paycheck and your right insert another cheaper qb you are probably getting same results so why pay the one you got insanely I get that but he is far from the only problem

Patrick Mahomes loses that game the defense was that bad

I’m certainly ok with moving on if you can do it in a way that doesn’t cripple the team but we are MuCH more than a QB away

I don’t believe you can though and if we don’t get press releases today that Quinn and McCarthy are gone you can expect more of the same

Whatever it is, it has to start by building a legitimate run game.

It starts with an honest evaluation and investment in every position of the OLine from Center out to Tackles, coaches, and scheme.

They were good in pass protection but absolute horse-crap in run blocking.

i hope they get a DE that can actually get to the QB outside Parsons so they can kick him to LBer.
Dlaw gets a pass cause of his elite run defense, but armstrong, williams, fowler were almost next to nothing this year. And our interior pressure dropped off too, outside of Hank and Osa (who are just ok, not elite) we really struggled against teams that had any semblance of a good oline.
Im surprised we have such a good pressure rate cause it sure seems Qbs have all day in the pocket.

Personally and much to my disappointment I don't think the roster is going to significantly change. Only McCarthy and Quinn are vulnerable. Dak will be here, Micah will be here, CeeDee will be here and they'll try to improve through the draft. Business as usual otherwise. So expect the same results next season. Meet the new season same as the old season.
I heard Charlotte is gonna be bringing in a few more expensive art paintings to adorn the art gallery. They hang on the walls in the stadium you know.

Mike will be back…new d coordinator and coordinators and roster turnover. Jerry won’t fire McCarthy
I think Jerry will fire McCarthy. He knows he has to to something to creat new hype next year and con the fan base.

Extend Dak's contract, sign Pollard to a ridiculous RB 1 contract. And give MM one more year.

Why would you want a QB who ADMITS he sucked? You aren’t allowed to be a champion and suck in the biggest game of the year. That is NOT a winner. Get his arse out.

Maybe and I’m not against it, I just don’t think it’ll happen. I think Quinn’s leaving so Jerry will use that as a way to bring in his own defensive coaches and coordinators and then he’ll sell us on dak being in McCarthy’s system which lead to him in the mvp race
