The main reason we are 2-2 and not 4-0 right now is because of Romo's play..

I think Tony had a bad game against a very good Denver defense on the road and still had us at the 5 with a chance to win the game.

How about a defense that folds its tent when the games on the line? How about having a complete dunce as a head coach like Wade or a OC that sticks with Barber in OT when Choice is running circles around everyone?

How about a washed up LT thats good for 5 penalties a game and several whiffs?

Lots of reasons we arent 4-0, Tony's play included but the main reason? gimme a break. He's still a QB that gives us a chance to win everytime.

If anything, I'd like to get Colt McCoy, who can play backup to Romo for the rest of his career and then pick up where Romo left off. Don't get me wrong, I'd even like to see Stephen McGee do that, but come on. It's Stephen McGee. I'm a UT fan and even I want to see the guy become this breakout player, but it ain't ever happenining.

We have so much $$ tied into Romo, it isnt going to happen.

What we need is a coaching staff to make players accountable for their actions. After watching the game today, I wish we had an intense coach as Hayley.

Hayley?? Who the heck is that?

I don't know about Hayley, but I know there's this Haley guy that looks a lot like Ben Stiller. :laugh2:

If Romo was gone it wouldn't hurt this franchise one bit...sorry I like the guy but he has no NFL mettle...next qb please.

This is one of the oddest comments I have heard in a while.

This would mean Jon Kitna is the starter and Jon Kitna is a backup for a reason.

IF and if Romo was capable of some NFl mettle or even showing us a remote chance that he is converting into an elite QB I would not say these kind of things. Drew Brees has developed. Phillip Rivers has developed...Romo has gone the other way sorry....Romo's overrated.

Tony Romo had a very good game today.

Besides a couple of missed opportunities, he had a very good game.

Several receivers dropped the ball.

Besides, Tony Romo is in the incapable hands of Wade Phillips and Jason Garretts.

Two guys that are in way over their heads.

In 1989...Jerry and Jimmy made the most improbable trade in NFL history trading Herschel Walker for an unprecedented 11 players and picks combined...basically setting the roster for Championships to come.

There is always a team in the NFL looking for that one player to put them over the top and willing to risk it all like we have the last few years with some of our gambles like on TO & Roy E Williams.

Is this one player possibly more popular than the Dallas Cowboys themselves? could our fan base endure and is the fan base what we are most concerned with?

I'd like to think that noone should keep us from winning titles.

NFL draft next year may have for the 1st time in NFL history 3 Heisman QB's coming out not to mention the richest class at this position since 1983.

Just a thought?

Got to be the dumbest post of the day. Romo comes from 10 points down and throws for 351 yards and all you can come up with is his trade value.

That's why I loves me some Cowboys fans. The best fans around :bang2:
