I read somewheres Tim was offered a personnel/recruiting job by Notre Dame.

He should take it.

I seem to recall the local papers saying he was offered a job as a campus recruiting coordinator, or something of that ilk.

As a player, he should hang them up. 18 years is a long time, and when your time comes it's best to accept it.

He was one of the best...key word "was". He needs to ask Al Davis for the one day retirement contract and go on down the road kickin' cans.

I think he's 500 yrs old...not worth taking away the roster spot from a vastly more talented young guy
