This.Health. That's about all I care about.
Once the regular season starts, that’s different.

Id like to see the inside of the party bus!!!! With a fully stocked bar, of course! Salud! With TC 1 week away now, or report day anyway.
What do you want to see, and what are you looking for. We need something more to discuss than contracts, suspensions, if the or that player should be resigned.
I for one am looking forward to many interesting TC battles, though most will be for key back up and rotation positions and depth. Especially along the DL.
Can a S push to start over Heath. What about the slot position between Lewis and Brown, as well as the battle for the 5th CB slot. To me there are 3 or 4 good players there.
What rookie emerges to become a TC favorite. And will they just be TC chatter and not make it, or be for real. What pet cats emerge or fall off of your radar.
The WR position will also be very interesting as to which 3 WR's take the last 3, maybe 4 spots.
Will Rico show he should be the 4th TE again, or time to move on.
Where were you during the Romo years?

A real HC

Love the thread!
Main focus - I believe these 2 developments will have the biggest impact on a team built to win now, they are intrinsically linked.
Position groups of interest -
- Dak has been getting rave reviews for how he’s looked early on this offseason. I’ll be watching to see how this progresses. Nothing would be bigger for this football team than for Dak to have turned a corner in his development.
- I’ll be fascinated to watch Moore’s approach to playcalling as well as his willingness to use all of his weapons to compliment one another. Much ballyhooed to this point, now we get to see how his young mind can spruce up this offense from the onset.
I feel like this season is such a crucial one going forward for this franchise, even more than most. It feels like a crossroads for this squad. Is this a team that is ready to compete for hardware right now, or will fundamental flaws be revealed that dictate big time changes next offseason? Personally, I feel like they are oh so close and I’ll be more disappointed than I have been in recent memory if this isn’t a very successful season. Can’t wait to find out!
- I believe this will prove to be the best WR group this team has fielded in the recent history of this franchise. Love the top 3 and I’m excited about some of the young talent as well. Cedrick Wilson is my pet cat, and I really like Hurns as a seasoned vet that provides solid depth in case of an injury, although with the competition here and his current salary he’s not guaranteed a roster spot by any stretch of the imagination.
- The DL is flooded with bodies that need to be sorted out. When you first look at the numbers it looks like some very capable players could be on the chopping block, and that’s a good thing. I’m interested to see which youngster is going to supplant a veteran who on many others years would have been given a pass onto the roster. This year everything should be earned. Of course injuries always play a role in thinning the herd, but that’s why depth plays such a vital role. Wouldn’t be shocked to see a guy like Joe Jackson allow the team to move on from Taco if he doesn’t bring his A game.
- Need to see more from the backup QBs. I’d love to see White emerge into someone who makes us feel like he’s a legitimate answer there, but color me highly skeptical.
- The OL looks stacked .... health (please dear God) providing. These lines are shaping up into the caliber you see from championship teams. If Conner’s offseason strength/mass increases translate to the field, watch out! I love that the rookie is there to give provide stout competition. The depth should give the backup QBs and RBs a chance to show what they have, which is crucial in evaluating those positions. Can’t wait to see the Beard (what a warrior) back on the field!
Health. That's about all I care about.
Randy Gregory in pads
I'm curious to see if they bring in a serious backup seasoned veteran to play behind Dak, or do they trust Cooper Rush or Mike White?
