You need an entire organization,
From the owner
All the way down to the Waterboy
Everybody, I mean, everybody needs to be on the same page
It’s not just your head coach,
It’s not just your GM
It’s not just your position coaches
It’s definitely not the cheerleaders. Even though some here act like it is lol
It’s the organization, the franchise
If one part is broken, the whole thing is broken

And somewhere in the middle, it’s the actual players.
With the little help from the football, God, and the injury God.
I still have faith. The Cowboys will win a championship. It will all come together cowboy family. Go Cowboys.

If you look at the Kansas City Chiefs. They are happy organization and not just because they’re winning.
Same thing with the patriots. Why they won so many Super Bowls they were a happy content organization. It started to go sour and look what happened.
Look at the Detroit Lions, right now they’re the complete happy organization.
and don’t think that the fans don’t play a part in it, when we’re not happy, the organization is not happy.

A competent GM who can and would be accountable to the owner. Everything down will correct itself from there. A competent GM would start with the trenches and work outwards, not start with a few flashy, jersey selling players then plug the holes with JAGs.

So, we have 31 incompetent GMs in the NFL? If it were only that easy.

This team just lacks confidence IMO this season. They need to figure out if they want to play football or not. 11 games left to find out.

An owner that puts his team and winning first.

A competent GM that stays ahead of the curve, has a constantly updated 3 year plan, and doesn't fall in love with his players.

A coach that promotes a culture of accountability, winning, and leadership.

Of course not but if a GM doesn’t produce, he is replaced to see if the next guy can get over the hump. I would say that 31 other teams hold their GM‘s accountable but not in Dallas.
Lol! We all know why....that poor horse is dead, beating him is not gonna make him any more dead.

Starts at the top. You need an owner who knows his role and gets out of the way. You need a really good GM. You need a good HC and staff. You need a franchise QB capable of winning a SB. After that, start connecting the dots.

It takes every member of the Front Office and every single member of the coaching staff working 24/7 toward that goal and accepting nothing less. It takes the pressure of LOSING YOUR JOB to motivate these people to win. Fear has always been a great motivator. There's none of that in Dallas. Creating that fear will bring Dallas success.

A championship or nfc championship appearance w/ Jerry or any other Jones family member still in ownership and in the GM position, I say …

You look at every team that has won a SB over the last 25 years and then look at us.

GM; nope
HC-Borderline
OC-MEH
DC-OLD and OUTDATED

Do you really need to go any farther down than that?

They could have started a new chapter with a new QB but Jerry went and screwed that up for the next 4 and a half seasons.

And there’s no guarantees with that either.

As much as I’d like an Elite QB I doubt we’d have that much more success. Romo was better. No more success.

We have much deeper issues than just QB. Even teams with better QB’s struggle contending for SB’s.

Unfortunately there’s just not enough great QB’s to go around .

I have little faith our brilliant (lol) front office could get it done . Afterall look at some of the QB’s we were looking at in 1st round with Lynch and Manziel.

Blaming the lack of a greater QB alone is a shallow analysis of our overall situation.

Should I just go find another team? Should I just bow down to a team that has ripped Jerry off, never earning their pay? Two players are responsible, but they sell Jerseys, and walk smooth then lose.
