What does Jerry see in Wade?

I thought Tony Romo was the head coach, seeing that he made the kicking team go back and all Wade said was "you can't do that." I guess Wade should be so lucky standing on the sidelines with the Boys and let 'ole Tony do his job.

I've been sitting here reading and thinking what does Jerry see in Wade??

Especially to keep him around another year. Yesterday game should of been embarrassment, even the Ravens game was an embarrassment.

Maybe someone can explain why is Jerry holding onto Wade? I can't figure out for the life of me.

He sees a puppet who will do exactly what Jerry wants and will not question or defy him.
