What happened to Barber?

Marion Barber had a good 1st half..... what happened to him after halftime, does anyone know why the cowboys coaching staff didn't hand him the ball? Also, on the 1st interception thrown by Bledsoe did anyone else see that i think Campbell just gave up on the ball and let it go by him while it was being intercepted? If he would have kept going he could have stopped the runback.

Barber did NOT have a good game- I don't know what you were looking at- our O line sucked large and him dropping that ball probably had a lot to do with it.

Barber had an ok first half but didnt do anything special himself, except he did manage to fumble again (lucky we recovered)

I dont think Campbell had any real shot on that pick...it was just a bad throw

Campbell didn't see it was intercepted till Bailey was already passing him. Campbell's effort is something I would never question.

The O-line, once again, didn't get it done.

Honestly I think the whole year started to slip when Flo went down. We can't keep the heat off Bledsoe unless we roll him out and we can't get a consistant run game going for the same reason. That being the fact the left side of the line has a weak anchor at Tackle.

I really dont know what you expect a RB running behinf this line to do dude...there just ARNT any holes...go watch the freaking tapes...we're getting mauled up front virtually every week...guys constantly run almost untouched into the backfield

I know our O line doesnt open holes for JJ.... trust me I'm pissed off about that just as much as you guys.



It's just that in my EYES I see Barber as the better back....NO knock on JJ it's just that I dont like his running style....He's not the same guy..Maybe his injury?? I just dont know and I dont like it damnit.

Our line on the left is trashed, JJ n Barber are young, both have great promise, to me it doesnt matter right now who they give the majority of the carries to. The line needs to step up.

I'll tell you what Barber did today!

He's lying on a pile of bodies and he doesn't stop, but he keeps wriggling and he picks up the first down! He absolutely should be in the game when it's short yardage and we are going to run it! He's a much more physical back than JJ!!

He should have gotten the ball on 2nd and 3rd down when there were 2 minutes to play. JJ runs straight into the line and stops like it's a wall. Barber CONSISTENTLY finds the soft spot in short yardage and gets the necessary yardage. JJ does not do that.

Really. From what I saw, there was no advantage in Barber at all. OUTSIDE OF PUTTING IT ON THE CARPET AGAIN. On short yardage- I can see Barrber doing better, especially with JJ still not 100%. But other then that and on passing downs, JJ is still better. Still more of a THREAT that the D will worry about and concentrate on.
Of course this is all meaningless untill the PUTRID O LINE LEARNS TO RUN BLOCK!!!
