What happened to motion?

Is it just me? Am I subconsciously neglecting to notice it?

Ot has the offense completely forgotten about the presnap motion and stunting that was having amazing success in weeks 1,2,and 3?

I know the argument is that the offense has to be moving to open up the opportunity to utilize motion, but if you look at our yards per game (1st in the NFL, coming into this week) we WERE moving the ball just not scoring and giving up horrible turnovers.

Somebody help me out: Is this a case of JG taking the reins back from Moore, Moore being “coached” to be more conservative, or something else that I can’t figure out?

Thanks in advance for the discussion.

Been mentioned in about 15 other threads on the first two pages with similar titles.

Sorry for the repeat.
Had to do post game grocery shopping... not sure which was more fun...

Didn’t see it in the top of the threads but didn’t dig deep.

It's all good. Just frustrated.

No, you're not the only one who's noticed. The offense has completely changed after the first week or two.

It doesn’t make sense... you don’t fix what ain’t broken.

If that creative play calling worked what is JGs issue with letting Moore run HIS offense?

(I am aware I am assuming JG culpability, but it makes me happy...)

People weren’t paying attention.

Dak was 9-21 going into the half against Miami. He played awful in stretches against the Commanders. Moore often has to go up tempo to get the offense moving.

We tended to get going in the third quarter and it happened even this game when Moore went heavy doses of Zeke up the field as an adjustment. Moore was clearly calling the plays then.

We played bad teams and some of pure bursts made us forget the stretches of struggles.

A lot of our yards against GB were basically garbage.

This has Garrett written all over it , Romo even said it himself .

Live, on a national broadcast .

Clearly Romo has no love for Garrett .

I think Clappy was getting showed up and everybody talking about how much better the offense looked and he didnt like that.

Offense gets scaled back to look more like what Garrett likes to run.

Result is 3 game losing streak..................LMAO...............you literally could not make this chit up:laugh:

The question is, why is Jerry allowing it? He said that he told Kellen that if Garrett interfered to come to Jerry.... and Garrett is clearly interfering...unless Kellen is allowing it for some reason.

There's no one here qualified to "coach" Moore.

Only difference with the Moore's offense and what was last season. Is execution these past 3 games and the coaches don't trust the players for some reason now. But, I am not sure who is to blame any longer. I still say coaching, coaching, coaching. But, heck, after all of that, these players still need to execute. These past three games , the offense looks like Lenihan was hired back.

Motion, RPOs, etc............. all seem to have disappeared.

I wonder why. I'd like for someone like Sturm or others to really pull apart the offense from yesterday and compare it to the first three games in terms of motion used, formations, etc.
