What happened to the TO zone?

there wasn't really a reason for it anymore. At the start, the T.O. stuff came like 5 a day or maybe even more. Now, it might be 1 or 2 a day. Most of the T.O. articles now are sprinkled in with other important info.

That was temporary, but necessary. It went bye-bye after the initial shock wore off.
