I agree with you. As long as he's at LT, not RT, we'll be OK.Mike McCarthy is way closer to my stance then yours. I promise Tyron Smiths strength isn't leaving at 32 years old. When I say I'm not worried I mean...like he's probably one of the only starters on this team I'm not worried about.
You mean WHEN. Tyron is nearly done, if not already done.I want to start by saying I don’t think his losses to Parsons necessarily indicate he’s declined that far. Parsons is having an unreal camp apparently so I’m not going to pin it on Tyron.
But, we do most of our what-ifs involving Tyron and injuries. What happens if his physical deterioration is so much so that he’s an ineffective LT against the better edges?
Do the Cowboys have the ‘nads to sit him? How would they configure the new line-up?
The backup OG behind Tyler Smith would become a starter if Tyron gets benched because Tyler would move to LT.I want to start by saying I don’t think his losses to Parsons necessarily indicate he’s declined that far. Parsons is having an unreal camp apparently so I’m not going to pin it on Tyron.
