I wouldn't say invisible but he certainly hasn't exploded on the scene. I still think he will be a good player for us for a long while to come once he gets it rolling. I think he will be kinda like Bradie James; I was ready to dump him after two years but he has come around and made a pretty good player for us.
True.

But James didn't cost a first.

Like I explained earlier, there are four and five year vets with more experience just ahead of him on the depth chart and this is a good thing.

Last April, nobody knew for sure how everything would turn out in regards to the linebacking situation. So Carpenter gets drafted, Ellis shows uncanny ability which many of us didn't see coming; Burnett, Singleton, and Glymph surprisingly stepped up, which allowed Parcells to move Carpenter inside to add depth to the beefed up inside linebacker position.

No need to be so concerned about this.

Remember, 12th rounder Larry Brown started earlier his rookie season in 1991 than 1st rounder Kevin Smith in 1992. That ended up turning out super.

The guy is a rookie.

He will make mistakes and hopefully learn from them.

He seems, as others have stated... like a very solid player.

Too early to tell what type of player he will become.

I though he played both Jack.

If you're referring to Ayodele, then no, he didn't play Jack. The Jags don't even run a 3-4.

I may be misunderstanding you though, "I though he played both Jack" doesn't exactly make much sense.

I think you need to read it with a comma after the word both, so it would read "I thought he played both, Jack." Now that you have done that see who he is adressing his statement to and it will all make sense. ;)

You are an internet grammatical GENIUS!

Seriously, thanks for clearing that up. Makes sense now. :D

Good thing I skipped a comma rather than a period (or else people might think I am pregnant).

I agree with the opinion some others have expressed in here, Bobby has just had his progress set back a little by being switched from OLB to ILB... but I have every confidence that he has the talent to adapt to the switch before too long...

I am in total agreement with this post.
