1) Fire Wade and Garrett, the sooner the better. Lots of good candidates available right now. 1st on my list is Shanahan. Move before other teams snap the good ones up. Dallas needs a coach that makes the team accountable for the stupidity on the field. They need a coach that can call a good game. Garrett's play calling is baffling at times.
2) Get a good QB coach for Romo. Not all his fault because Garrett puts him in bad situations all the time. If Garrett calls another 2nd and 10 off tackle play again I am going to throw a brick through the television.
3) Rebuild the o-line now. It takes time and if you wait any longer it will be a disaster. Adams is nearing the end and Kozier doesn't cut it. Free could be a good RT, could he play left I don't know. There is no depth at all on the o-line.
4) Need some safety help.
Really not a lot to fix. I think the team can win with Romo and some adjustments in offensive philosophy. The offense needs the ball in Austin and Jones' hands more. They are the only two playmakers on offense. The alternative is to play smash mouth football with Barber. I don't care but find an identity.
On defense a good cover safety and a little more pass rush and this is a championship caliber defense. Always could use another corner because if one of the starters goes down look out.
What do you guys think?
