He was always a late teens, early 20s type prospect. So no, him being there at 24 wouldnt be a fall.

Karlaftis being there at 24 is not a fall by any rational measure.

It would be a rise.
Although he is projected to go around 18-29, in actual fact if you polled the 32 GM's he would probably average well into second round.
