Wow, you seriously have to renounce your fanship if you get worked up for a big divisional game......Seriously some of you have a serious complex about requirements for being a fan. **** is ****ing stupid and it's used way too much lately.

Excuse me while I become emotionless and keep my thoughts under wrap like communist Russia (Or Washington) so that I can keep my fan card.......BS:cool:

I dont know who the hell any of you dictators think you are! When did you take over the world and decide to say who can be a fan of who and what they need to think, do, feel, act or say in order to be a fan.

This has nothing to do with Fan requirements and everything to do with having some balls.

"Oh what will we do if we lose?
What if we get blown out?
Oh no we don't match up well."

Who the **** are the eagles and why should believe we're getting killed and or have no chance?

I look no further then the year end debacle last year or our performance against the only 2 teams with winning records that we have played this year for that answer.

Like I said, I wont say either way if they will win or lose. I'm preferring to take the wait and see approach from now till January.

Back to the topic at hand, it's only going to be a shock and a heart breaker to those drinking the kool-aid. Excuse me if I still take the wait and see approach before putting my heart out there to be stomped on again.

Wait? For what? You planning to wait til 11:00pm Sunday night? Then a call a friend to see if we're winning by two or more scores. Tune in with a couple mins left to join the victory celebration.

I actually have a good feeling about this game and I've been pessimistic this season.

Eagles are meh. Double cover Desean. I don't think I can handle that ***** beating us. If Weaver or Maclin do then I think I could accept that.

Weren't the Falcons 4-1 before we beat them?

If you're that stressed about it just renounce your fanship and don't watch the game.

Can't lose if you don't play.

Considering that I have almost twice as many posts as you do in just about the same amount of time, I dont think you are in any position to be questioning my fanhood. I have watched every single game since 89 and attended several games at the old stadium.

I am nervous before every game because I want the team to win so badly. Hell, I get nervous before our preseason games. This next game is for first place in the division, has playoff implications, will be on national TV, and is against the team that knocked us out of playoff contention last year.

Judging fanship and setting the requirement yet again I see.....

Failed to miss a game in 10 years and despite living over 1400 miles away for 8 of those years managed to attend at least 2 games a year in Texas. Get all the evidence before you make a judgment.

What's Atlanta's record? Didn't we just ***** slap them?

I thought you we're waiting for the Sunday night game to be won. Now I see you're waiting for Jan.

Hell why not just show up for the parade in Feb?

Way to wait for someone else to point that out....but anyways.

My point is, even if they win every game from now through December I'm not going to be the chest pumping, kool-aid drinking homer that so many turn into even after a regular season win.

For some reason we lost the right to be a fan if we dont meet certain requirements

A blowout on either side of these 2 teams is a rarity. I don't see lightning striking twice. I see a very close game. Coach Philips will be judged after the season is over.

Ya if your not on Romo's nuts or bow down to the team 24/7 then your not a true fan in sonnyboys eyes. Perfect logic really.

NO NO NO! This is the biggest game in ever. And we must win! Win or die.

If we lose this game every member of this site will die.

Dude, you need to chill.

Just because you have a "dont give a crap if we win or lose" attitude doesnt mean we all have to also. This is a big division game for sole possession of first place against the team that ended our season last year.

Of course fans are going to be nervous/excited about this game.

This game is really not as big as many are making it out to be. Don't get me wrong, the game is big, just not as big as everyone seems to think.

Agreed.

We play them again. THAT one is probably bigger.

No you don't see.......

Not judging fanship, just offering a wake up call. Stop acting like a scared little *****.

The eagles are a 3 point favorite, chances are they'll win. But maybe not. Either way it's not the end of the season or the world as we know.

Hardly scared, really rather neutral about the game to be honest. In the past I would be worked up beyond being able to function. I have taken the Wade approach.

pes·si·mism
n.

1. A tendency to stress the negative or unfavorable or to take the gloomiest possible view: "We have seen too much defeatism, too much pessimism, too much of a negative approach" (Margo Jones).

2. The doctrine or belief that this is the worst of all possible worlds and that all things ultimately tend toward evil.

3. The doctrine or belief that the evil in the world outweighs the good.
